You can join the campaign by applying to the nearest KIM (Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Communication Center) to you. Who can benefit? Contracted Setup: All Individual and Corporate Postpaid Turkcell owners who do not have any limit in their lines, who do not have any Unpaid invoice, who have had the Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Postpaid Line for over 4 months and whose invoice total for the last 4 months is 110 TL or any amount over this can benefit from this campaign. Each of our individual customers may benefit the campaign for two times. You can join the campaign for only once with the same line. It is required that there is no other device contracted in your line to join the campaign. Our Corporate Gold customers can join to the campaign by buying 10 lines, Corporate Silver Customers with 4 lines and Corporate Bronze Customers with 2 lines. Cash Sales Setup: There is not any criterion required. All of our postpaid individual, corporate or Green Card customers can benefit the campaign.
Package Exceeding: If you use Postpaid Line: In case of exceeding the Data usage amount provided within the packages, the pricing shall be charged on the basis of package exceeding. Package exceeding is charged as 0.09 TL/MB with all taxes included. If you use Prepaid Line: In case of exceeding the Data usage amount provided within the packages, you are charged on the basis of standard GPRS tariff. The data you use abroad are charged on the basis of international tariff.
What is the expiration date of the campaign? End Date: Continuous
May subscribers in any tariffs benefit from the campaign? Yes. All our subscribers with Individual and Corporate postpaid lines may benefit from the campaign by Handset Only Deal or 24-Month Payment Undertaking, however, prepaid line users can benefit from the campaign only by Handset Only Deal.
May I benefit from the campaign with my existing line? Yes, you can benefit from the campaign with your existing line.
How can I participate in the campaign? Participation in the campaign will be conducted only at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches (KIM). The devices will be available to buy for postpaid lines with Handset Only Deals or 24-Month Payment Undertaking; for prepaid lines with Handset Only Deals.
May I participate in the campaign over prepaid line? Yes. Our subscribers with prepaid line may benefit from the campaign only by Handset Only Deal.
If my line is an un-billed, may I benefit from the campaign? Yes. Our subscribers with un-billed line may benefit from the campaign only by Handset Only Deal.
When my package covered by the campaign will start? 24-Month Payment Undertaking: Your package will start within the same day with your contract. Handset Only Deal: Your package will start within the same day with your purchase.
Do I need to send any SMS to get free minutes and data covered by the campaign? No. Your package will be loaded automatically every month and will be valid during contract term. As it has been stated in the contract, you may take advantages of the campaign without sending any SMS. Customers who buy device by Handset Only Deal do not need to send SMS neither. Internet package covered by the deal will be renewed automatically for 3 months.
What will occur in case that data to be offered covered by the campaign are used up? In case that data limit given covered by the campaign is used up you will be charged at Excessive Package Use (0.09/MB)
What will occur in case that free minutes to be offered covered by the campaign are used up? In case that data limit given covered by the campaign is used up you will be charged at your standard tariff.
Do I need to make extra payments for the accessories that will be offered by purchase? No. The accessories will be offered as gift to our customers who buy device by both Handset Only Deal and 24-Month Payment Undertaking.
Will I be able to buy a second package in case that data limit is used up? Yes, in case that your data package is used up, you will be able to buy an extra internet package.
Will I be able to buy a second package in case that free minutes are used up? Yes. If your tariff is All Lines Tariff, you may use minutes you have both from the tariff and from the T-11 package subscription.
May I query any remaining data amounts and minutes covered by my packages? Yes. Postpaid line users may query remaining data amount and free minutes by texting DURUM to 7575. Prepaid line users may dial *123*36# for remaining minutes query, *123*14# for remaining data query.
Is there a limit on participation in the campaign? Devices offered covered by the campaign are limited with the inventory.
May I use given package anywhere? No. Package given covered by the campaign is valid only within the territory of TRNC.
How will be the pricing after the contract expires? After expiry of the contract all your uses will be priced on your existing tariff.
Do I have the right to change the tariff or to denounce before the contract expires? No tariff change may be done during the 24-Month Payment Undertaking. In case that you request to terminate the campaign, given data package will be canceled and a CANCELLING PRICE at the amount of outstanding device price will be reflected to your bill. Since 3-months package is FREE OF CHARGE, no cancellation may be done within the context of Handset Only Deal.
The device that I received is lost / stolen. Will the invoice continue to be reflected to my GSM line? Yes. Even if you lose the device, monthly contract price will be reflected to your bill until the contract expiration.
What do I need to do if the device I have bought is out of order? You can visit the nearest Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches (KIM) for the defective devices.
