I have a contract for iPhone4 campaign, can I change it to iPhone 4S? No, you cannot change your contract until it ends. May I benefit from the campaign with my existing line? Yes, you can benefit from the campaign with your existing line. Do I have to pay extra money to get a Micro Sim-Card? How can I participate in the campaign? Participation in the campaign will be realized only from Northern Cyprus Turkcell Communications Centers (KIM). Do I need to make an extra participation every month to take advantage of packages to be offered under the scope of the campaign? No. Your packages will be loaded automatically every month and will be valid during Contract term. As it has been stated in the Contract, you may take advantages of the campaign such as minutes, SMS and data transfers without any extra application. What will occur in case that minutes, SMS and data transfers to be offered under the scope of campaign are used up? In case that audio and SMS limits given under the scope of the campaign are used up you will be charged over your existing tariff and in case that you data limit is used up over the time-out tariff. Will I be able to buy a second package in case that the minutes, SMS and data limits are used up? Yes, in the event that your voice or data package is used up, you will be able to buy an extra package (“Her Yöne” for voice / “Cepten Internet” for mobile internet). May I query any outstanding amounts under my package? Yes. You will be able to query amounts of outstanding minutes, SMS and data by writing “DURUM” and transmitting to 7575. Is there a limit on participation in the campaign? Devices offered under the scope of campaign are limited with the inventory. May I use given packages anywhere? No. Packages given under the scope of the campaign is valid only within the territory of TRNC. How will be the pricing after the contract expires? After expiry of the Contract all your uses will be priced on your existing tariff. Do I have the right to change the tariff or to denounce before the contract expires? No tariff change may be done during the Contract term. In the event if you request to terminate the campaign given audio, SMS and data limits will be canceled and a CANCELLING PRICE at the amount of outstanding device price will be reflected to your line. The device that I received is lost / stolen. Will the invoice continue to be reflected to my GSM line? Yes. Even if you lose the device, monthly contract price will be reflected to your invoice until the expiry of Contract. What will I do if the device I received is out of order?
