Rate Plans and Packages

By Short Message
To switch to a new rate write TARIFE, leave a space and write the name of the rate plan you wish to switch to, then send the SMS to 8780.

If your SMS is correct, and if 30 days have passed since your last request for a rate plan change, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you. If 30 days have not passed since your last request for a rate plan change, you must reply to the SMS with EVET. If you do not reply to the message the request will not be processed.

Use Online Procedures
Using your Super password you can access the Online Procedures Center and choose Rate Plan Changes from the menu, where you can request the rate plan change that you want.

You can request to change your rate plan by calling 444 0 533 Customer Services.

Visit a Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL Regional Office
You can apply for rate plan changes at any Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL Subscriber Service Outlet or Regional Office.



  • Rate plans for Post-paid Line and Prepaid YEŞİL KART units include all taxes.
  • Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL lines begin with a 533 prefix (numbers).
  • Only one rate can be activated for each line.
  • The procedure for a request for a change of rate plan becomes effective 30 days after the last request for a change in rate plan has been made.
  • All requests for a change in rate plans become active the following day (after the 30 day period).
  • Rate plans are only valid for local calls.
  • Local (inside the country) calls, are the calls from Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL numbers with a 0533 prefix to Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL lines, fixed lines (Telephone Administration Lines) and to lines of the other GSM operator.
  • All calls which are not in the local calling area will be charged at Standard Rate plans.
  • Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL reserves the right to make changes to rate plans at any time.
