Superbox is a technology that offers internet service via 4.5G broadband by sim card wifi modem. Wifi modem uses Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell sim card for connection.
You can order at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell stores, Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell application and www.kktcell.com service availability may vary depending on your region. You will be inform about your application as soon as possible via your contact number. Kuzey Kıbırs Turkcell has the right to change the content and/or duration of the campaign.
Superbox service is provided with 4.5G connection technology and speeds may vary depending on the coverage area.
There is no download/upload quota on Superbox packages. Under the fair usage policy, the speed of subscribers generating data traffic that negatively affects the experience of other Superbox users may be temporarily limited to 5 Mbps for the remainder of the month.
Superbox is a portable device.
Superbox can be used where 4.5G service quality is appropriate. In order to give you the best experience, speed checks are made during the application and installation.
It is quite easy to install. Just a 4.5G sim card and a socket is enough.
You can use the modem provided by us for service until you terminate your subscription. In case of malfunction other than user error, your modem will be replaced free of charge. Modem service is included in your monthly package fee.
If you wish to own the modem, you must purchase it. Modems are available for outright purchase only through Turkcell Communication Centers.
An installation fee is charged. It is 350 TL
The benefits offered in Superbox packages are only valid domestically.
Modems that have not been purchased upfront through Turkcell Communication Centers remain the property of North Cyprus Turkcell. Upon the expiry of the campaign or termination of the line, the modem must be returned together with its power adapter and connection cable, complete, undamaged, and in working condition, to a North Cyprus Turkcell Communication Center within 10 (ten) days.
If the returned equipment is missing, damaged, or not in working condition, the following charges (VAT included) will be applied to the final invoice:
500 TL if the modem is in working condition but both the power adapter and connection cable are missing or damaged.
200 TL if the modem and power adapter are in working condition but the connection cable is missing or damaged.
300 TL if the modem and connection cable are in working condition but the power adapter is missing or damaged.
2,300 TL if the modem is not in working condition, is missing, or has not been returned.

Superbox notification SMS are sent to the data line specified in the subscription agreement. Sent SMS messages can be easily accessed through the modem interface. Package cancelation SMSs are also sent to the specified GSM contact number.
Number changes, payment type changes, product type changes, number portability and transfer cannot be made with Superbox lines.
