BiP is an application that allows you to experience new generation instant messaging with all your loved ones. You can send your pictures, videos, voice recordings and messages instantly and free of charge with fun content that is not available anywhere else. BiP is an instant messaging application that can be used by subscribers of all operators.

Thanks to the Out Call feature of BiP, all Turkcell North Cyprus customers can came calls to those who even do not have the BiP application. Moreover, thanks to BiP Out Call feature, other GSM operators and landlines can also be called through the BiP application.

 If you are a customer of Turkcell North Cyprus; 
You do not spend any data from your quota when you text, or send photographs or videos. For other types of usage, if you have a package then you are changed according to your data package, if you do not have a package, then you are charged according to the standard mobile data tariff.

 Examples of other types of usage:
• Using map for sharing location (Apple Maps, Google Maps)
• Using map for viewing the received or sent location (Apple Maps, Google Maps)
• When clicked on the sent or received link, browser usage (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla vs.)
• New version notification and when forced to a new version, transferring to application stores and usage in application stores (App Store, Google Play, T-Market)
• E-mail, Twitter and Facebook usage with ''Suggest to a Friend'' feature
• E-mail usage with ''Contact Us'' feature
• E-mail usage with ''E-mail Messaging History'' feature 
• Issue reporting for better service that come up inside the application.

For Turkcell North Cyprus customers;

If voice/video calls are made or received with BiP through the internet, the usage is deducted from your data package or if you do not have a data package, they are charged according to your tariff.

 GSM calls made through the application are deducted from your voice pacakge, if you do not have a package then they are charged according to your tariff.

 The application can be used with the wireless internet connection (wi-fi) that are accessible where you are located. In this case, the data use for accessing the application is not charged by Turkcell and therefore, Turkcell will not be responsible from the data usage.

• You can access the CAPS and sticker content by click on the smiling face located on the right hand side of the texting space on messaging screen. Click on the attachment icon on the right hand side of the texting area to send photos, videos, location and contact sharing.
You can use the BiP application only on devices with iOS and Android operation system.

· Disappearing message: With the disappearing message feature of BiP, you can make the messages you send to your loved ones disappear after a period of your choice. 
Fun content that is not available anywhere else: Thanks to the fun stickers designed by Yiğit Özgür only for BiP, your chats become more fun with a various Turkish style stickers. 
Creating Caps: You can create your own caps by using an existing picture of yours or taking a new picture and can share it with all your loved ones. 
Group messaging: You can message more than one friend within the same chat. 
Sharing location: You can share your location in one-on-one or group messages.

· Fun discovery channels: You can instantly access different and fun channels from sports to entertainment.

· Thanks to the Out Call feature of BiP, all Turkcell North Cyprus customers can came calls to those who even do not have the BiP application. Moreover, thanks to BiP Out Call feature, other GSM operators and landlines can also be called through the BiP application.

• BiP application is cancelled when you delete the application.

· To use BiP voice and video calls feature, you need to download BiP version 3.0 or later versions. In order to use this version, you need to have 7.0 or later software of Apple devices, or 4.0 or later software of Android devices.
You need to choose the person you would like to call on BiP and click on the telephone icon located on the right top corner. Then you need to choose ''Make a BiP call'' option from the two options that will come up in order to make the call (If ''Make GSM call'' option is selected, this call will start as a voice call and charged as voice call). Once the call is connected, you can choose the camera icon that will come up on the screen and change your call into a video call. 

· Thanks to the Out Call feature of BiP, all Turkcell North Cyprus customers can came calls to those who even do not have the BiP application. Moreover, thanks to BiP Out Call feature, other GSM operators and landlines can also be called through the BiP application. For Turkcell North Cyprus customers, calls made with the Out Call feature of BiP are deducted from their packages if the customers have BiP minutes offered as part of their package. If customers do not have BiP minutes that are offered as part of their package, then the calls are charged according to the standard tariff. 

· During the current special offer period, it is free of charge to use the BiP voice and vide call feature. Special offer end date is stated on this page. BiP calls that are made after this date will be deducted from your data package. Our customers who use BiP through other operators are charged according to the data tariff of the operator they are connected to.

You can call people who do not have the BiP application like you are making local calls from anywhere that has internet connection. You can make calls by selecting the ''BiP to All Directions'' option in the application. If you have valid BiP minutes in your current package, your usage is charged according to your package benefits. If you do not have any, then you are charged according to the Standard Tariff. You can call all local and international lines and mobile phones through BiP.

You can start a video call by selecting the person you want to video call from the call section or by clicking the camera icon at the top right of the chat window with the person you are video calling with.

With BiP, where you can start a high-quality video conference / group call with up to 15 people, you can start a conference call by clicking the call button in the upper right corner of the application's call section, selecting the group video call option on the screen that opens in front of you, and adding more than one person.
