How can I access my account from a mobile device?

  • To use this app on your smartphone, first, you need to download the TV+ App from the corresponding application store for your smartphone or tablet.
  • For IOS supported devices click here

  • To login to your application, you will need to enter your Turkcell PIN. To receive this PIN, you can text SIFRE to 0532 755 2222 and use the PIN sent to you by Turkcell.
  • Once you login to your TV plus app, you can now enjoy live tv, movies, and tv series all in one place everywhere you travel. 

How can I access my account from the web?

  • You can login to Turkcell TV plus account on TV plus website through: www.turkcelltvplus.com.tr
  • To login to your account using your Turkcell PIN the same way you would do on your smartphone. If you forget or want to get a new PIN just text SIFRE to 05327552222.
  • Once you login to your TV plus account, you can now enjoy live tv, movies, and tv series through your web browser.

General Information about Turkcell TV Plus

  • Turkcell TV+ app is supported with new generation Apple TV, IOS 7 and newer versions, Android 4.X and newer versions.
  • You can login to your TV+ account with your phone number and Turkcell PIN.
  •  If you forget your PIN text SIFRE to 05327552222.
  • When you purchase a package or rent through TV app, you do not need to use credit card. It will be charged to your Kuzey Kibris Turkcell bill.
  • When you rent a movie in Turkcell TV+ app, you can watch it unlimited times in 48 hours from the day you first start watching. For this 48 hours to start, you will have one month period from the date of purchase.
  • Users are allowed to use TV+ on 5 different devices at a time. For the 6th device, one of the previous devices needs to be unregistered from the system, and the process of unregistering devices can be done once every 30 days.

You require internet connection to login to your account for TV+. Signing in to your account is as easy as entering your phone number and Turkcell PIN, which you can retrieve by texting SIFRE to 05327552222.

Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell postpaid customers, can text TV to 3030 and activate their TV memberships with their 5GB of monthly internet for TV+ usage.

If you have your TV+ package at your postpaid line, your TV+ membership and the 5GB TV+ internet package renews every 31 days. 

If you have prepaid line, and your digital TV+ package is only valid for 31 days.

TV+ operates through internet, and you can access to the app anywhere you are as long as there is internet.

For your convenience and better TV+ experience, your TV+ membership comes with a 5GB internet package special for TV+ usage. So if you are using your mobile internet, your TV+ will first consume from your 5GB internet package included with your membership. Once you run out of your TV+ internet package, then it will start consuming from your other internet packages. But remember your TV+ internet package is only valid for your TV+ usages, and other applications will be using from your other internet packages.

If you are using wi-fi for TV+, TV+ will not consume from any of your internet packages.

Yes. Your TV+ application is accessible anywhere in the world as long as there is internet. Since your 5GB TV+ internet package is also valid in Turkey, your TV+ internet usage will consume from your TV+ internet package. Once the TV+ internet package reaches its quota, your usage will continue from your other internet packages or you will be charged at the roaming rates in Turkey if you don't have a valid internet package. 

Yes. Your TV+ application is accessible anywhere in the world as long as there is internet. However, your 5GB TV+ internet package is only valid in North Cyprus and Turkey, and your TV+ internet usage will consume from your roaming internet package or your internet usage will be charged under standard roaming tariff rates in other countries.

Once you finish your TV+ internet package, your internet usage will continue from your other mobile packages, and if you do not have a valid internet package on your account, you will be charged at Smart Internet Overage Package rates.

Yes, you can share your TV+ internet package with other devices by using personal hotspot, however, since your TV+ internet package is only valid for TV+ usages, make sure the other device is only using the internet only for TV+. Otherwise, internet used for other apps will consume from your valid internet packages.

Text TV REMAIN and send SMS to 3030 to inquire about your internet package.

Yes. You will receive a notification SMS when you reach 80% and 100% of your TV+ internet pakage.

Text TV CANCEL and send SMS to 3030 to cancel your membership.

The memberships subscribed on the application stores can only be cancelled through the application stores. So you will need to sign in to your corresponding application store and cancel your membership from there.

Only memberships through Kuzey Kibris Turkcell and lifecell could be cancelled by Kuzey Kibris Turkcell.

As of March 30, 2021, the first 3 months of TV+ Premium membership is offered free of charge to all Northern Cyprus Turkcell customers who purchase the new Turkcell Home Internet.

 All Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell customers who purchase a minimum 12-month package of 10Mbit or more can benefit from the campaign.
