    Instruct Autopay
    On the prepaid package top-up screen from Turkcell North Cyprus application, you can have your line automatically top-up regularly with the autopay instruction you give from your credit card. You can choose any of the available packages and have it automatically loaded to your line on the date your package will be renewed every month.

    Step-by-Step Instruct Autopay
    - In Turkcell North Cyprus application, go to the prepaid package top-up or mobile internet top-up sections
    - Note that this feature is available in selected packages
    - Select your package, enter your payment details and activate the option to register your card and the option for instruct autopay
    - Activate your package by completing the payment process
    - After your package is activated, your ‘Instruct Autopay’ is received.
    - When the expiry date of your package arrives, your registered credit card will be charged for the package and your package will be renewed. 

    Who can instruct autopay?
    Our prepaid line customers can instruct autopay for GO - S Digital, GO - M Digital, GO - L Digital, 50GB and 100GB Mobile Internet package.

    Can I earn free internet by instructing autopay?
    When you renew your package with the Instruct Autopay, 5GB free internet will be activated on your line.

    Can I Cancel My Instruct Autopay?
    You can cancel at any time from the ‘Instruct Autopay’ section of Turkcell North Cyprus application.

    Can I change the credit card I have instructed?
    You can update your card information in the ‘Instruct Autopay’ section.

    What happens if there is insufficient funds on my credit card on the day of my package renewal?
    Your package will not be renewed and your "Regular Top-up Instruction" will be cancelled.You can give a regular top-up instruction by starting a new package by going to the package top-up step again.

    ● Select Top-up option on the main page
    ● Enter the telephone number you would like to top-up
    ● Choose the amount you would like to top-up.

    ● After the approval page, complete your transaction by entering the secure shopping password ''3D Secure''.
    ● Terms of use: You need to obtain your secure shopping password ''3D Secure'' from your bank in order to top-up TL using the TL top-up Service.

    What is the secure shopping password 3D Secure?
    This is a system developed to increase the security of credit card transactions online. The ''secure cyber shopping'' solution developed by Visa and MasterCard protects the credit card holders as well as the business owners against fraud.

    ● Securing your credit card details with a password and personal message of your choice;
    ● As you will set your own password, you will shop more securely;

    Prepaid Line Usage

    What should I do to continue using my prepaid line?

    🔴 Active Period (Aktive) – First 3 months (0–90 days) – If no credit/package is loaded, outgoing calls are blocked.
    🟣 Passive Period (Deaktive) – Second 3 months (91–180 days) – If no credit/package is loaded, both incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.
    Final Period (Expired) – 181–300 days – The line is completely canceled.

    *For tourist lines, unlike the above periods, credit/package must be loaded within the first 60 days to extend the line’s lifetime. If not loaded, the line will be automatically canceled.*

  • Do I have to register my post-paid line?

    The electronic communication law requires registration of prepaid lines if they are to be used for more than 3 months starting from the starting from the day they were first used. If your line is not registered starting from the date you activate your line until the end of the third month, your line will be terminated.
