Upcall is a brand new application enriching and diversifying your call experience. With this application:
• You can see caller’s name when your phone is ringing even if they are not saved in your phone directory. For this, owner of the number calling you must have given permission for disclosure of his name.
• You can add subjects/notes to your calls. If the person you call has the application, they can see such note on screen when you are calling. Also you can make your calls funnier by adding pictures.
• You can be informed of commercial or spam calls that you do not wish to talk to in advance by a warning displayed on screen when your phone is ringing.
• By the smart search feature, you can find and call numbers that are not saved on your phone book. You can search and call numbers by typing the owner name or the place name or you can learn owner of numbers that you do not recognize by typing the number on search screen.
Downloading UpCall and using its features are free of charge. The calls you started from the app are charged by your mobile operator based on your tariff or plan. UpCall uses mobile or wifi data to function properly which may cause you to be charged based on your mobile data tariff or plan. Mobile data is free of charge when the app access to UpCall servers.
Turkcell subscribers can use the application on their smart phones with Android (4.2.2 or higher) or iOS (10.0 or higher).
You can download UpCall from App Store or Google Play.
You can log into the application by typing verification code messaged to your phone number you have provided during registration. Subscribers can automatically log in when you use 3G mobile internet connection.

You can only see the calls you made with the application
If owner of number calling you has given permission for disclosure of their name, it shall be displayed on your screen when they call you.
If a person calling you does not allow disclosure of their name, only number will be displayed when your phone is ringing.
For iOS operating systems, if you do not allow the notifications or if the notification is not received by the phone until the call is received, the name will not be resolved.
When a person not existing in your directory calls you, details of owner of that number display on the application screen. If the number is used by someone else, caller can be inconsistent with the name provided.
UpCall informs you of details related to your line number used by you while subscribing to the application. When you change your number and therefore your SIM card, you need to re-download the application and subscribe again with your new number, otherwise the application will continue to receive information from your former number.
When you receive a call from a number disturbing you, you can press on the three dots next to the number in Calls section, and mark it as spam by pressing “Spam” button. When you receive another call from such number, it shall be displayed as “Commercial or Spam Call” on your screen.
Results displayed when you type a venue name on search screen, and their content are provided by 3rd party services such as Google or FourSquare.
If the person you are calling also use Upcall, you can add a subject. If the application is not installed on the other party side, you may not call this person by adding a subject.
UpCall users must have the available version for receiving call subject and picture.
KKTCELL users can use do not disturb mode feature.
For IOS devices,
Go to Profile > Settings > UpCall Settings > Activate defined name list and follow the steps described in order for your operating system to allow UpCall to Block Calls/ Set Numbers
For Android devices,
You have to allow UpCall to “cross out the other apps” by following instructions stated in the warning displayed by the app or by going to the settings menü of the operating system
