The rights of the subscribers that are offered with the package/tariff may not be sold to 3rd parties through traffic sales. They may not be used in FCT (fixed station) and company stations for collective use. Otherwise, if such an activity is detected by Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell (Kıbrıs Mobile Telekomünikasyon Ltd.) it will have the right to immediately terminate the subscriber's line and seek compensation for all damages from the customer
If Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell (Kıbrıs Mobile Telekomünikasyon Ltd.) evaluates the usage of the customer and suspects bad intention or usage for purposes other than communication, it reserves the right to warn the customer and if necessary, can unilaterally terminate and cancel the customer's line.

What are the Mix & Match Packages?

Mix&Match packages are packages where you can choose the minutes and the internet according to your needs and create your own package.

Moreover, if you wish, you can add your home internet to your package with advantageous prices.

What is the never ending data feature?

When the data benefits provided with Mix&Match packages are over, an additional fee is not charged for data use. If you do not have an additional mobile data package, your connection speed will be downgraded to 80 Kbps. Until the package benefits are renewed in the next billing period, data usage will continue for free, with a speed of 80 Kbps.

What is the fixed fee guarantee?

No price changes will be made to your package fees during your 6 months contract

Will I be notified when the package is activated?

A notification SMS is sent once your package is activated. A notification SMS is sent to you when your package activates for the first time and when it’s renewed every month.

How long are my package benefits valid for?

The validity period of benefits offered with your package is 1 month. Benefits are not transferred to the next month.

What is the charging period of my package

Your package charging cap is 60 seconds.

How do I inquire the remaining balance of my package benefits

To find out your remaining benefits, text LEFT to 8780. You can also find out your remaining balance from the "Turkcell North Cyprus" application.

Will I be notified when the benefits offered with the package are over?

You are notified with a text message when you use approximately 80% of the benefits offered and also when you completely run out of the benefits.

Which directions can I call with the minutes offered with the package?

Your package minutes are valid for the calls you make towards all local lines, Turkey and international lines. Package minutes are valid for calls towards; United Kingdom, South Cyprus and Zone 1. For zone details please click

Where can I use the data offered with the package?

The data benefits offered with the package are valid for use while in the TRNC and Turkey.

Is there an advantageous package that I can use when my package minutes are over?

If you run out of the minutes offered with your package, you can benefit from the Smart Rollover Package. Smart Rollover Package is the package that is automatically activated when the minutes offered with your tariff are over. You only need to subscribe to it once. Smart Rollover Package offers 60 minutes towards all local lines while in the TRNC and towards all GSM numbers in Turkey.

Smart Rollover Package is activated as soon as the minutes offered with your package is over. If you do not use the minutes, you are not charged the package fee.

Do I pay a fixed fee in addition to my package fees?

Customers who are subscribed to Mix & Match Packages do not pay an additional fixed fee.

If I am under contract, can I switch to other packages?

You may switch to any of the packages with contract during your 6 months contract period.

How can I benefit from the Wi-Fi service offered with LIifecell tariffs?

Activate your WIFI connection and choose LIFECELL Wi-Fi network from your smart phone. On the interface that will come up on your screen, type in your name and surname, 10 digit telephone number, agree with the last user contract and click send. In order to use the Wi-Fi service, you need to type in to the interface the 4 digit password sent to you as SMS within 5 minutes.

Will my benefits continue in the case of number change, account transfer, switching to a prepaid line, or inactivation of account?

In the case of number change your benefits and packages would continue. You may not transfer your account to another person before your contract ends. In case of account inactivation, your package will change to Entry Package, your benefits would not continue and early contract end fee gets charged to your account.

How do I cancel my package?

Before the end of the term of your contract, you may not cancel via SMS. If you like to cancel, you may visit one of Kuzey Kibris Turkcell offices. When you cancel your package before the end date of your contract, an early cancellation fee wil be charged to your account.

If I cancel my package, can I still use my benefits until the expiration date of the package?

If you cancel your package, you may use your benefits until the next billing period. At the beginning of the next billing period your tariff changes to whatever you select as a new tariff.

Will my tariff change after the cancellation of the package or at the end of the contract period?

If you do not request or cancel a different package in the last month of your contract period, your contract will be renewed at the current annual subscription price of your active package.
