Otherwise, if Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell (Kıbrıs Mobil Telekomünikasyon Ltd.) detects such usage, they reserve the right to immediately suspend the subscriber's line and claim compensation for any damages incurred from the subscriber.
  • Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell (Kıbrıs Mobil Telekomünikasyon Ltd.) reserves the right to examine the subscriber's usage and if suspected of misuse or usage beyond communication purposes, to warn the subscriber, suspend the line if necessary, and unilaterally terminate the service.

Yes. You are notified with a text message when you use approximately 80% of the benefits offered and also when you completely run out of the benefits.

Yes. When you make call forwarding, the forwarded minutes will be valid as part of your package.

No. The benefits offered as part of the special offer are valid for 1 month (30 days). The credits you received will not be transfer to the next month.

No. There is no limit to the number of customers who may benefit from the packages.

No. As the packages are offered with a subscription, they will be renewed automatically every month once the package amount is deducted from your account.

Yes. The internet benefits offered with the package are also valid in Turkey.

No. The minutes and SMS offered as part of the package are valid only in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Yes. Even if you already have an active package, you can purchase another Star package.

You can purchase as many Turbo Star packages as you wish within the same month.

Package minutes charges apply every 60 seconds.

When you run out of the benefits offered as part of your package, you will be charged according to the Standard package.

The minutes and SMS benefits offered with your package are valid only in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and the internet data is valid both in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkey.
